# REP eligibility window

> Optional organization rule that includes or omits parents from payment complements by calendar days after CargoWise PostDate.

The REP eligibility window is an organization setting. When enabled, Lambda decides whether each parent on a payment receipt belongs in the stamped complement by counting Mexico City calendar days from the parent's CargoWise **PostDate**.

It does not invent PUE or PPD in CargoWise. It changes which parents Lambda treats as eligible for the REP on that receipt.

## How the rule works

1. Admins set **Enabled** and a window of **0–365 days** under stamping settings.
2. For each parent line on a payment, Lambda takes the parent's PostDate and adds the configured days.
3. It compares that cutoff to the calendar day Lambda received the payment (Mexico City).
4. If the payment arrives **on or before** the cutoff day, Lambda treats the parent as **PUE** for this receipt and **omits** it from the REP.
5. If the payment arrives **after** the cutoff day, Lambda treats the parent as **PPD** for this receipt and **includes** it when the rest of reconcile succeeds.

| Window example | Meaning |
| -------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| `0` days | Omit on the PostDate calendar day; include from the next Mexico City day |
| `30` days | Omit through PostDate + 30 calendar days; include after that |

When the setting is off, Lambda uses the parent's original payment method evidence as usual.

## Why it exists

Some organizations treat near-term settlements as paid-at-invoice behavior even when later receipts still arrive. The window keeps those early parents out of REPs without asking accountants to rewrite history in CargoWise from Lambda.

## What you see

* Eligible PPD parents still stamp on the payment complement.
* Parents inside the window are left out of the stamped REP for that receipt.
* Mixed receipts can still include some parents and omit others.

If every parent is omitted, there may be nothing left to stamp as a complement for that receipt. Read the note when the payment pauses.

Ordinary PPD vs PUE expectations without this setting live under [Payment complements](/stamping/payment-complements).
