Lambda is Jaantonio’s TypeScript serverless product for automations on top of CargoWise. CargoWise remains the source of accounting and operational truth. Lambda connects to it over eAdaptor Next: it accepts what CargoWise pushes outbound, runs durable automations for the modules your organization is entitled to, and (when configured) returns results to CargoWise inbound. Stamping and Analytics are modules on that platform — not the product definition.

What Lambda does

  • Accepts CargoWise outbound traffic over Lambda ingress and captures every event
  • Runs durable automations for entitled modules (Stamping, Analytics, and shared delivery)
  • Delivers artifacts back to CargoWise over Lambda outbound when that path is configured
  • Surfaces clear workspace statuses, notes, and notifications when work is waiting, failed, or needs a decision

What Lambda does not do

  • Replace CargoWise as the system of record
  • Invent missing amounts, FX, fiscal fields, or shipment values
  • Guess through contradictory data — it pauses and explains instead
