Public failure types
The public stamping failure contract has five customer-correctable types. Internal operation, effect, reason, evidence, and lifecycle impact stay in the recovery record.Missing information

Generic fallback and AI overview
Every customer-correctable failure has a generic title and description immediately. An English overview of at most two short sentences may be generated later. The overview can explain why the document is correctable. It cannot create or execute actions. Typed retry, settings, and correction controls stay authoritative. While the overview is generating, the workspace shows a compact generating state. If generation fails, the generic description remains. Customers never see a model or provider error. Notifications are sent immediately with the generic type and fallback description. They are not delayed for the overview, and there is no follow-up AI notification.What is not a customer-correctable failure
settings_required applies only to organization-controlled settings with a usable action path, such
as stamping routes or the CargoWise target. Provider credentials are not a customer setting.
