Schema

The reporting schema has 20 business views. Each view has one defined row type, also called its grain. Reporting views contain business reporting data only. Technical source lineage lives on cargowise.last_source_event_id. In Lambda, open Analytics > Schema to browse reporting views and the underlying cargowise tables. Reporting stays the default for normal reports. CargoWise is available when you need the full source model.

Business dates

Common business dates are columns on the root views. You do not need a separate date join.

These values use timestamp without time zone. They keep the CargoWise operation-local date and time. Analytics does not convert them to UTC.

Optional source fields

source_fields has one row per scalar XML node. Use it when the business views do not contain a field you need. It is not part of the default Power BI model.

Open Analytics > Schema in Lambda to preview columns and sample rows for each view or CargoWise table.
